The TEAM TAYLOR Forum is a supported platform for people with a disability, giving members a voice in decisions that affect their lives.
The TEAM TAYLOR Forum is a user-led group that creates real opportunities for members to shape Taylor Support services and contribute to meaningful projects. In a safe, supportive environment, members build confidence, develop leadership skills and work together to drive positive change.

Members give feedback on Taylor Support planning and take part in staff recruitment through bespoke training, ensuring their voice is included.
The Forum works on projects such as producing literature to be shared on social media, reviewing venue accessibility in Telford, and boosting diversity in the group.
The TEAM TAYLOR Forum meets monthly to collaborate, share ideas and take part in purposeful, service user–driven work. Sessions are structured but supportive, giving members the opportunity to influence change while developing confidence and teamwork skills.

Any member with a disability who wants to share their views and influence decisions about Taylor Support services can join.
The Forum meets once a month on a Thursday from 4:30pm to 6pm at the Taylor Support Hub.
Projects include producing literature, reviewing accessibility of local venues, providing input on staff recruitment, and supporting inclusion and diversity within the group.
Members provide feedback on services, take part in recruitment processes, and contribute to projects that inform planning and decision-making.
